We offer a fast reliable and easy to use mailing service, but we discovered that some of our clients within the housing sector have a specific requirement when it comes to Gas appliances supplied by landlords in tenanted accommodation. By law, these appliances are required to be tested and certified on an annual basis. The LSR certificate (Landlord Safety Record) is proof that this has been satisfactory completed and has to be passed to the tenant within 28 days.

Working with a number of Councils we were advised matching the LSR reports to the tenant’s address (to enable them to post the certificate to the resident) was a lengthy process. Our portal/software is able to identify and populate the tenants address directly from the LSR Certificate, and can create a personalised covering letter that goes in an envelopes with the certificate which we then post on behalf of the Council direct to the tenant. This has changed a lengthy and frustrating process for our Council clients, simplifying and streamlining the process and eliminating the chance of mismatching.

Our system can also send out an appointment letter to the tenant for the appliance testing to be carried out as well too.
